GBI demolished 2 existing buildings and existing parking lot and redeveloped the area for 3 new building pads. New sewer and storm, electrical, concrete and landscaping was installed for the reconfiguration of the existing Serramonte parking lot.
GBI had to maintain existing traffic to the Serramonte shopping mall while performing our installations. This required a temporary travel way, which cut through the project. We secured this temporary path safely and built a new road, which we then phased into use.
The owner was purchased during the course of the project and the project management team was replaced. In spite of this change, we were able to meet the project schedule, and the buildings opened on time for the holiday season.
